Our Approach to Teaching
We teach entrepreneurship, strategic management, innovation and digital transformation in close connection with current research. In lectures and seminars, students learn to apply theoretical concepts to concrete decisions.
Independent academic work is integral to our teaching. Students develop research questions, select appropriate methods and critically assess their findings.

Students examine organisational AI capabilities and apply their knowledge in a bibliometric research project.
Two coordinated lectures introduce the foundations of strategic decision-making and entrepreneurial action.
This course examines innovation and entrepreneurial action in established organisations.
Students explore current topics in the field and deepen their understanding of academic research and writing.
Students develop an empirical research project on strategic entrepreneurship and organisational transformation.
The seminars focus on academic writing, research design, literature reviews and the reflective use of AI.
Theses
A Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis offers the opportunity to explore a topic in entrepreneurship, strategy, innovation or digital transformation in depth. Please submit your documents no later than eight weeks before your preferred start date.

500 to 1,000 words outlining your research question, its relevance and an initial methodological approach.
A current CV and complete transcript of records.
Following a positive response, we agree the topic, supervision and start date.
